Travel grant for VAAM student members

Deadline 8 November 2025

VAAM travel grants to the annual conference can be applied for under the following conditions:

  • student member of VAAM
  • active participation in the conference (poster presentation or oral presentation)
  • max. 3 travel grants per working group.

Payment of Fees and Confirmation

When registering using the online form, direct online payment is possible via our external payment provider Worldline (formerly ingenico). The following payment methods are offered: credit card, instant transfer, giropay or iDeal. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer. The bank details can be found on the written confirmation that every participant receives immediately upon completing online registration. This invoice is also valid as a submission to the tax office. The fee is due for payment upon completion of registration.

For transfers made 10 working days before the start of the event, proof of transfer must be presented at check-in.
