Childcare
During this years conference of the VAAM we will be offering childcare.
Please note: The deadline for registration has already passed. All registered persons will receive further information via e-mail soon.
Travel grant for VAAM student members
Deadline 7 November 2025
Travel grants for student members will be transferred to the account known to the VAAM after the end of the conference if applications are received in time and if the other requirements are met.
For this purpose the member needs to confirm active participation in the conference. This will be possible on site at the check-in counter.
Part of the travel grants were financed by subsidies from the Federation of European Microbiological Societies (FEMS) for the VAAM annual conference.

Payment of fees and confirmation
When registering via the online form, direct online payment is possible via our external payment provider Mollie. The following payment methods are offered: Credit card, iDeal. Each participant will receive an invoice immediately upon completion of online registration. This invoice is also valid for submission to the tax office. The fee is due for payment upon completion of registration.
