For speakers
- Prepare your presentation slides as usual in 16:9 format.
- The preferred file format is .pptx, pdf files are also accepted. The use of other file formats may lead to discrepancies or inability to play any video files properly due to conversion issues.
- A notebook with PDF reader and Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 will be provided for your presentation. In order to ensure a smooth session, we would like to ask you to refrain from using your own laptop.
- We will start your presentation in full screen mode and display your speaking time on top of your presentation (bottom right corner of the screen). The time display is automatically shown at the beginning and end of your presentation and can be seen by the session chairs and the audience.
Presentations with embedded videos:
When using video sequences, please consider, that
- ...the CODEC required for playback is supplied and that PowerPoint supports playback: Instruction
- ...your video(s) is (are) embedded: Instruction
Please prepare your contribution in such a way that the times allocated for this (speaking time and discussion) are adhered to. Please refer to the programme overview for these times. Chairs are requested to avoid overruns.
Submission and final proof of your slides
Please submit your slides to our Media Check-in at least one hour before your presentation or the day before. You will find the Media Check-in on the first floor.
A prior submission via e-mail is not necessary.
For Poster authors
- All poster authors are requested to submit their poster in printed form in A0 format.
- The poster exhibition will take place on the first floor of the central lecture hall building.
- You will find the poster boards with all poster numbers already prepared there. These are sorted by topic.
- Please place your poster there yourself.
- If you need help finding your place, please feel free to contact us.
- Please remove your poster after the congress.
